The EBP focuses on the cross departmental organization of business activities. The business has to be strategically structured to integrate the internal operations, management and relationships of the business within its environment. A businesses run as an enterprise requires a clearly defined purpose for each department so that there is an integration of business processes.
Write out the goals for the business as well as a mission statement and focus on integrating the various parts or departments of the business.
